Connect Shopify and Etsy to sync inventory automatically

How Platform Sync Works

When an item is sold (in-store or online), inventory is automatically updated across all connected platforms. Each item needs to have its platform ID (Shopify Product ID or Etsy Listing ID) set in the inventory to sync correctly.

Getting API Credentials

Shopify

1. Go to your Shopify Admin > Settings > Apps and sales channels
2. Click "Develop apps" > Create an app
3. Configure Admin API scopes: read/write inventory
4. Install the app and copy the Admin API access token

Etsy

1. Go to Etsy Developers
2. Create a new app and get your API key
3. Generate an OAuth token with listings_w scope
4. Copy the access token for each Etsy shop
